14-Day Return Policy
If your flooring doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is:
- Unused, in pristine condition.
- In its original packaging with proof of purchase.
How to Return Your Flooring
To initiate a return:

- Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Complete and include a returns form with your shipment.
Return Costs & Refund Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of product defects or errors on our part.
- For security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Damaged or Defective Flooring
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Sign for the goods as damaged upon delivery.

Additional Return Options
- 30-Day Guarantee: If your order is unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Over-Ordered Items: Unused and unopened spare packs can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Enjoy flat-rate pallet delivery, ensuring secure and timely arrival of your flooring.
Important Notes
- Goods remain your responsibility until received by our warehouse. Items must be in resalable condition.
- Take photos of your goods before returning to provide proof of condition.
- Discontinued or limited-edition products are non-returnable.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
