Our Flooring Commitment:
At UK Flooring Depot, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional flooring. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

14-Day Flooring Return Policy:
We understand the importance of choosing the perfect flooring for your space. If your selection doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the unused product in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Flooring Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, your flooring must be in unused and pristine condition, accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase. This ensures that you receive the highest quality flooring that aligns with your vision.

Effortless Flooring Return Process:
Initiate your flooring return by contacting our dedicated customer support team at ukflooringdepot@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the process, providing a return authorization and detailed shipping instructions for your convenience.

Flooring Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of product defects or errors on our part. For added assurance, we recommend using a trackable shipping service throughout the return journey.

Refund or Exquisite Flooring Exchange:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned flooring, we’ll promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Flooring:
If your flooring arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund, covering any associated return shipping costs.

Pallet Delivery Convenience:
For our pallet delivery service, enjoy the simplicity and affordability of our flat-rate charges. Our Cost friendly delivery ensures your flooring arrives securely and promptly to enhance your space.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns of any discontinued or limited edition products!

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and must arrive in a resalable condition. Make sure everything is in its original packaging, unopened, with the seal intact. We recommend you take a photograph of your goods prior to return, as proof of condition in case we spot any damage on receipt.!

Please ensure additional packaging is used to protect the manufacturer’s boxes from dirt and damage along the way.!

All returns must accompany a completed returns form !

It’s your responsibility to arrange all returns and cover costs incurred.
If your order has yet to be dispatched, you will have up to 14 days to cancel in order to receive a full refund.

If your order has been dispatched or delivered, however you no longer need it, we’re happy to accept this back. Our 30 day returns guarantee means you can return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any returned items must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.
If you’re left with any spare, complete packs after installation, you can easily return these to us within 30 days from date of delivery. These must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging.

If you’d like to arrange a return, please make sure you have the following information to hand so we can deal with your query as quickly as possible:

  •     Your sales order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
  •     Your contact details
  • You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your expense; original delivery cost is non-refundable.
  • Once received, your refund will be with you within 14 days.
  • please note a 50% re stocking fee will be applied for any over ordered returns

My order arrived damaged

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and sign for the goods as damaged. At your earliest convenience, please get in touch with our Customer Care team to arrange a suitable replacement or to request a refund.

If you notice a problem after signing for delivery, then please contact us at the earliest opportunity to arrange a replacement or refund and we’ll get this arranged for you. We do advise you check your packs upon arrival to avoid any unnecessary delays with your project.

If you’d like to arrange a return, please make sure you have the following information to hand so we can deal with your query as quickly as possible:

  •     Your sales order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
  •     Your contact details
  •     Photos or videos of the damage/fault


Please note: You’ll be required to provide visual evidence of the fault before your replacement or refund can be processed.
A replacement will be sent out to you at the earliest available delivery date. If you’ve requested a refund, this will be processed within 14 days. You will not be expected to return the damaged packs to us, please dispose of these safely.
