Our Flooring Commitment:
We have a 31-day return policy, which means you have 31 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned flooring, we’ll promptly
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If
approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Flooring:
If your flooring arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
We’ll swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund, covering any
associated return shipping costs.
Pallet Delivery Convenience:
For our pallet delivery service, enjoy the simplicity and affordability
of our flat-rate charges. Our Cost friendly delivery ensures your

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns of any discontinued or limited edition products!
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and
must arrive in a resalable condition. Make sure everything is in its
original packaging, unopened, with the seal intact. We recommend you
take a photograph of your goods prior to return, as proof of condition
in case we spot any damage on receipt.!
Please ensure additional packaging is used to protect the manufacturer’s boxes from dirt and damage along the way.!
All returns must accompany a completed returns form !
It’s your responsibility to arrange all returns and cover costs incurred.
If your order has yet to be dispatched, you will have up to 14 days to cancel in order to receive a full refund.
If your order has been dispatched or delivered, however you no longer
need it, we’re happy to accept this back. Our 31 day returns guarantee
means you can return your order within 31 days from the date of
delivery. Any returned items must be unopened and in their original
condition to be eligible for a full refund.
If you’re left with any spare, complete packs after installation, you can
easily return these to us within 31 days from date of delivery. These
must be returned unopened, in their original condition and packaging.
If you’d like to arrange a return, please make sure you have the
following information to hand so we can deal with your query as quickly
as possible:
- Your sales order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
- Your contact details
You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your expense; original delivery cost is non-refundable.
Once received, your refund will be with you within 3-14 days.
Please note a 50% re stocking fee will be applied for any over ordered returns.
My order arrived damaged:
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please accept the
delivery and sign for the goods as damaged. At your earliest
convenience, please get in touch with our Customer Care team to arrange a
suitable replacement or to request a refund.
If you notice a problem after signing for delivery, then please contact
us at the earliest opportunity to arrange a replacement or refund and
we’ll get this arranged for you. We do advise you check your packs upon
arrival to avoid any unnecessary delays with your project.
If you’d like to arrange a return, please make sure you have the
following information to hand so we can deal with your query as quickly
as possible:
- Your sales order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
- Your contact details
- Photos or videos of the damage/fault
Please note: You’ll be required to provide visual evidence of the fault before your replacement or refund can be processed.
A replacement will be sent out to you at the earliest available
delivery date. If you’ve requested a refund, this will be processed
within 14 days. You will not be expected to return the damaged packs to
us, please dispose of these safely.
