We meticulously vet our manufacturers to ensure they meet PEFC certification standards, guaranteeing that our engineered oak flooring is sustainably sourced and of the highest caliber. With the Royal, we've gone the extra mile by employing a meticulous brushing process with metal wire combs. Not only does this technique prevent new growth within the boards, but it also selectively removes softer spring wood, leaving behind only the hardest and oldest lumber.

The Royal is meticulously crafted to embody the essence of natural beauty. Employing the techniques mentioned above, we've ensured that each plank showcases the authentic charm of oak. To further enhance durability and protection, we've enveloped the solid oak wear layer in a viscous hard wax oil. This thick coating provides an additional layer of defense, safeguarding the hard-wearing veneer against surface moisture and humidity. By penetrating deep into each plank, the hard wax oil ensures comprehensive protection throughout the entire 20mm thickness, not just the wear layer. The matte finish preserves the brushed surface while maintaining its textured appearance and tactile feel.
